Do you do have die-cutting service, foil stamping & embossing?
- Sorry but as of the moment, we are not yet offering these add-on services.

Do you accept ready-to-print files?
- Yes we do! As a matter of fact, ready to print files are prioritized. Please be sure to follow the correct print resolution of 300 dpi and correct size measurements indicated above. If unsure, please feel free to send us an email.

Do you customize layouts?
- Yes.
- Our style is very simple and clean. We rely on our available stock vectors.
It is best for you to send samples and pegs. from there, we will try our best to come up with something similar.

- If your design/ peg is too complex, we will forward the job order to a highly-recommended graphic/layout/calligraphy artist. Separate fee will be applied accordingly.

How much is your in-house layout fee?
- Please do not expect for more than one or two proposed layout as we only charge a very minimal fee.
- The fee will compensate the time and effort used to do the layout.
The starting fees are as follows:
- Birthday Invitation with printing = P550
- Birthday Invitation layout only = P650
- Wedding Invitation = P1,500 (max of 3 pages)
- Map Vectoring = P450

- Please do not worry, as the draft can be edited and improved according to your liking.
- Soft copies will also be provided.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
- Since we aim to provide flexible printing solutions, we have adjusted our MOQ for invitations to as low as 12 sets.

I need other party collateral, do you also print these?
- Yes we do. We accept ready to print files or we can do the layout for you (additional fee may be charged)!

Do you print Stickers?
- No

Will you send me the layout prior printing? I want to check if everything is in order.
- It has been our practice to show the final layout to our customers for checking/proofing. We will not print unless approved. Once approval is received, we will assume that the customer is giving a GO signal and shall proceed printing with or without our acknowledgement.
Sorry, I didn't notice a typographical error until now. I know I already sent my approval, can we still change this?
- Sorry, if we have already printed it, you will have to re-order again and pay 75% of the total price.
- But if we have not proceeded with print, yes!

Do you have colored envelopes?
- We can customize if you prefer premium or colored envelopes. Please note that our envelopes are hand made and may take a while to finish.
Additional fee will be charged. Fee starts at P13 depending on the paper used and size. Let us know the color of your choice so we can source the paper for you.
How long is your lead time / production time?
- Production will start as soon as we confirm your payment. This normally take about 3-10 business days or up to 3 weeks (weekends/holidays excluded), depending on the current workload. It will also depend on the quantity of your order, if layout service was availed.
- We may also extend the lead time for orders with customized envelopes.
- Please order as early as you can. :)
