Do you make logos?
- Sorry, no.
I would like to order Business Cards and I already have a logo, can you do the layout for me?
- Yes, sure. The layout will start once we confirm your payment. Please take note that rushing of orders will not be tolerated. Kindly give us at least 2 - 3 days to send you a layout proposal. A minimal layout fee will be charged. The fee will compensate the time and effort used, as well as give customer the right to own a digital soft copy of the approved layout.
Please note that we are not a graphic design company, so please manage your expectations.
I am not ordering Business Cards. I have a logo and just need a layout service, can you do it for me?
- Sorry, but we are a printing company. Our layout service is an added service offered to customers who will avail our printing service.
Can you do 2-side print business cards?
- Yes, but the layout is always subject for approval. We do not accept 2-side full bleed layout. Kindly inquire first.
How long is your lead time / production time?
- Production will start as soon as we confirm your payment. This normally take about 3-10 business days more or less, depending on the current workload. It will also depend on the quantity and type of your order and or if layout service was availed.

The size I need is not specified in the table, can you give me a separate quotation?
- Yes, please send your specifications like size, quantity etc. via email. Do note that the minimum size is fixed at 1.25" x 1.85".
Can you make a layout for me?
- As long as there is a logo provided, we can do the layout for you.
- Additional fee may be charged.

I need flyers, but your prices are higher compared to big printing presses, why?
- We offer short-run printing services, therefore we are able to produce fewer quantities at commercial grade quality. Big printing companies often require you to order by the thousands.
Can you make a layout for me?
- Sorry, we recommend that you send files ready for printing. Resolution must be set to 300 dpi.
